Shipping and Delivery Policy:
At Kays Nine Quality Dog Treats, we are committed to providing a smooth and compliant shipping and delivery process for our customers. 

 

Shipping Restrictions:

We are delighted to offer delivery to all regions within the United Kingdom. However, due to current shipping restrictions, we regretfully cannot deliver parcels to Northern Ireland. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are actively exploring alternative shipping options to include Northern Ireland.

 

Local Free Delivery:

We are pleased to provide Free Local Delivery for orders over £20 within a 3-mile radius from postcode M9 6NN. To avail of this offer, simply select the free local delivery option during checkout. Please note that cash on collection is not available. We do not offer collections at this time. 

 

Delivery Charges:

  • Standard delivery (2-4 days transit) with Royal Mail, orders weighing up to 2kg will incur a shipping fee of £3.25.
  • For orders exceeding 2kg (2-4 days transit), the shipping fee will be £6.25.
  • Express delivery (1-3 days transit) with DPD will incur a shipping fee of £4.99
  • We are pleased to offer free delivery for orders over £49.


    Handling Times: Our goal is to dispatch orders within 2 working days. We aim to process and handle all orders within 2 working days. This includes order assembly, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends or public holidays. In the event of any unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly and provide an updated estimated handling time.

    However, on rare occasions, we may require an additional day to assemble your order and prepare it for shipping. Should any delays occur, we will promptly notify you, ensuring transparency and keeping you informed every step of the way.

    All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

    Tracking Orders: Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment by visiting courier website and entering the tracking number in the designated tracking section. Please check your junk or spam folder if you haven't received the confirmation email. If you encounter any issues or have difficulty locating the email, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

    For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

    If your parcel appears to be missing or has not shown any movement within 36 hours of receiving the tracking information, please reach out to us immediately. We will make every effort to locate your parcel and provide you with a new delivery window. In cases where the parcel cannot be retrieved, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement (subject to product availability) as per your preference.

    Product Variability: Please note that as our products are natural treats, sizes and shapes may vary. We endeavour to ensure that weights are as accurate as possible.


    Allergy Information: We cannot guarantee that our treats have not come in contact with other animal-based products. If your dog has a serious allergy, please contact us before placing an order to ensure the safety of your pet.


    Order Errors: If you make a mistake during the ordering process, please contact us as soon as possible to rectify the issue.


    Delivery Area: We deliver to the UK only. We regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping at this time.
